There's nothing stopping you from refreshing your crossovers with the original PCB's.

The other problem is the size of the Polk crossover boards, if I remember right, the new hardware is very tight fit..

    ^^^This.

Dave will assist people who request his help when the want to do it themselves.
And if you don't think you can do it, he will.
And he does not do business via the forum.

A very ethical & honest man. He gave me several options, and why they would work, & at what cost the parts would be versus quality when I asked what I should buy for parts when I redid my M10 crossovers.
And no't once did he suggest I send them to him to work on.

    Class act. Smart man.

Dave is a class act. I highly recommend him for information or if you need your crossovers rebuilt.

The boards because of the extra room makes it so easy.

Correct but many of us did it way before the new boards came out. You will have to get creative in some ways and many have just run wires to the board for caps too big to fit and place the cap off to the side or the bottom of the cabinet. It is not that difficult as to say WOW I can't do it because

Neither had I, but gee whiz get some old speakers and get at it. It's not hard at all after a little practice. You take the caps out and put the same back till you make you look good. If that old speaker plays when your done makes no crackle and pops well then I say go for it.

FYI everyone, I have a good stock of boards. If you need them, get them. This will most likely be Tony's last batch, unless there's significant demand for another run.
