Garage Access Panel?

I keep my generator and air compressor in my garage, but want to run them outside to keep the noise down. Are there any products that allow a hatch/access panel for running the power cords and air lines through the exterior wall? I don't want to add hard airlines or outlet outside that wall, and it seems like a simple solution for occasional usage.
It would be great if a product existed for that, but I was also thinking a waterproof outlet box on both sides connected with 4" PVC pipe in the wall would provide a clean pass through?

It's probably over kill, but look at how your AC is powered up on the side of the house with an electrical box. If it's good enough for 220 AC power it should work for your compressor.Music: Oppo103 - Parasound JC2 - Parasound A21- SDA 3.1

Mmmmm. Not recommended.
In the summer months, you run the risk of overloading the circuit for the AC unit.
An event of the air compressor and the AC compressor running at the same time will pop the breaker and/or overheat the wire. Bad ju-ju.
Have a look-see at a small doggie door that you can shut/lock when not in use. That way you have room to run air lines or drop cords when needed and keep unwanted critters out.
A dedicated circuit means just that. It serves a purpose for a particular piece of equipment.
Safety tip for the day. -
I wasn't recommending plugging into the AC box. That would be a no no. But look at the waterproofing of that set up. You could run power from the interior, terminate at a similar junction box and hook up power outside. Would never steal/borrow from a dedicated circuit.
Only wanted to duplicate the connection method for your outdoor electricals on their own circuit, that's all.Music: Oppo103 - Parasound JC2 - Parasound A21- SDA 3.1

@Legender ...got it. Misconstrued your statement. But being in the field for 30+ years, I have seen some crazy stuff people do to wire up equipment. One wrong move away from disaster.
Plus I don't think his compressor is portable. Fixed unit ZingerDinger? -
It's a wheeled air compressor, but 240v belt driven 2 cylinder, so I don't try to move it often.
I like the idea of using a little cat door made for framed walls! -
Have at it then. I gotta get back out to Seattle to see you folks again. Good times last trip.

Actually, after 2 years of penicillin, the free clinic switched me to something stronger as that growth still hasn't gone away...

Ask Brydson how he feels after that trip.
And Al (danger boy)??? Anybody heard from him? -
No passport. I shall have to sneak across under cover of darkness. Or tip the guard.

Still a little sore big man... Al is well, friends with him on FB. -

I like the doggy door idea, but keeping the units outside leaves them to the forces of nature. Condensation.....not good for air compressors I would think.

This small cat door designed for wall installation would work great! I'll see what I can find locally; thanks ya'll! -

My air compressor and generator would be kept in that garage, but moved outside for use with the lines running through the wall. Thanks for all the suggestions and I'm going to look into getting a small cat door.
FYI - I submitted the above post yesterday mid-day, and 18 hours later it shows up after "approval"; not sure why that was need and timely. -
That is correct.

So Zingo is of "suspicious" character ? I've had my doubts about him for a long time now.

No Commie flag on that garage wall, but I do have a Polk banner pinned up; does that get me off the hook? And a framed picture of my old dog.

Hey I have one of those "commie hammer and sickle" flags hanging on my wall.....stole it fair and square. -

Just out of curiosity, why would you rather put a cat door in the wall as opposed to just putting a quick release air coupling and outlet on the outside wall?Music is like candy, you have to get rid of the rappers to enjoy it
