Purchased the sub new in 2006. About a month after I bought it, SVS came out with a new driver and they offered it to their customers. Of course, I bought one because I wanted the latest and greatest equipment (I was never unhappy with the original - can you say upgraditis?). I completely forgot about the driver upgrade until I came across a box from SVS the other day.
Inside the box is a beautiful and, for all intents and purposes, new driver for a cylinder subwoofer - I am sure you can use it in a box as well. Perfect for a DIY sub project. Add a plate amp, wires, and an enclosure.
Shipping label says it weighs 20 lbs
I'm asking $175
PayPal adds fees and I'll split the actual cost of shipping with the buyer.
If you're local, cash and carry is always welcome.
Thanks!
