I been watching the forum and out side of 2 quick references, what was the final consensus about changing the 2.5, 1.25, and .4mh Inductors with Jantzen or another brand
which would have a lower DCR compared to the Stock or am I asking for trouble?

This Started out as a Tweeter replacement, and a Harmonic issue afterwards as a strong Flute or Recorder would make the Tweeters Ring with a harmonic. Then a suggestion of old Caps, and has turned into a complete crossover rebuild with replacement of the 16.8mh inductor. Everything is finished except the board mounted inductors, with the Factory still being mounted at this time. I don't want to swap them if it's a problem. I was a little uncomfortable that the ERSE 17 are 16.34 and 16.19mh in value, but it's within the 10 percent tolerance so I'm assuming it safe as I get the idea as long as the value stays above 16mh it's fine. I've had these since they were new in 1988 when I bought them my Freshman year of College, and until this project, I'd never touched a screw on them. I'm an Electrical Engineer with a back ground in Signal Conditioning and Power Controls. This is easy in the execution, but Practical knowledge trumps read knowledge any day.

The board mounted Inductors are more critical versus the Sub Bass Drive units.
The Inductance value on the smaller inductors should be within 1%. DCR should be as close as possible to the originals, but up to 5% tolerance is fine. Jantzen is about the only manufacturer that has a complete line. You can find their catalog here: http://www.jantzen-audio.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Air-Core-Wire-Coils-List-12-08-2015.pdf
