LSi9 loose port tube

Listening to the Bass heavy beginning of Welcome to the Machine off Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here and heard an obvious rattle in my right channel that was coming from the bottom port on the front. Poked around with my index finger a bit and discovered the actual tube that connects to the front flared piece is loose.

What's the best way to fix this? Any certain method or glue I should use? I assume I can get access by removing the bottom driver?

Not sure but the beginning track with a sub will rattle some teeth!
