Problem with soundbar 5500

My soundbar has stopped working. The steady green light is on but none of the buttons work. I tried powering off/on. Woofer will not sync either.The unit is just several months old.

    Welcome to Polk's forum. One thing to try is a system restart. Do this by unplugging the AC power cord from the wall outlet. Then set the on/off selector to "off" wait a few minutes and reconnect the power cord. Switch the selector to "on" and see if thing are working.
    If not contact Polk's CS department at 1-800-377-7655 or via email to polkcs@polkaudio.com have the unit's serial number and date and place of purchase available.
    Keep in mind Polk is based in Baltimore and weather conditions may effect their response time. Have confidence, they will get you working again.
