What is the pecking order on the SDA'S? Bottom to top?

Just in general, so I understand. Like in the monitor series m3, m4 ,m5, 5b, 5c 5jr ect

There's also personal preference though. I hear a lot of people prefer the "lesser" 2BTLs to fully modded 1Cs.

In "correct" order I believe it would be CRS, 2s, 1s, 3.1s, SRS 2s, 2.3s 1.2s

I think a lot of folks favor the 2.3TL's - (I have never heard them) as the top as well as the 2BTL . As Nightfall says - this is a matter of preference I think! You'll get many answers and it depends on your room greatly.

Dave has converted my CRS+ into CRS+TL(4.1)'s and I have listen to and loved the 3.1TL's at Skips house!

I was not going for preferred but just product line bottom to top.

Bottom to top. Gets kind of muddy in the middle, and personal preference takes precedence of course. Each have their strong points, and some have weaknesses.

No replacement for displacement, eh?

The only SDAs I've heard are my CRS and my 2BTL--The 2BTL are, I think, a good match for my room size and sound mighty fine!

That's true to a degree, the CRS+ and 2B share the same crossover and driver compliment, as do the 1C and SRS 2. The 2B has a larger cabinet and PR, same with the SRS 2.
