    Perhaps, this is too obvious for consideration by those who are very familiar with this sort of topic, but have you gone to the LL Bean website to look through what they offer?

    If you don't like what you get from LL Bean you can always return it -- no questions asked.

    I haven't gone to LL Bean per say, but i've gone to other outdoor outfitters sites in search of this.
    The issue is, i'm looking for affordable. I don't always trust the reviews i read so i was thinking that there are some reputable people here that could help me out. So far, they are leading me in the right direction and that's why i pick up a Duofold shirt to start.
    Where’s the KABOOM?!?! There’s supposed to be an Earth shattering KABOOM!!!

    DuoFold stuff is a pretty good value... Just make sure you allow for shrinkage after washing... or it might be so tight you can't wear it.... And if you can't wear it then you might get another kind of shrinkage.

    MrB - which Duofold line did you order? If the dual layer stuff and not Varitherm, you owe it to yourself to check out the Coldpruf Platinum. I was a big Duofold fan but am finding I prefer the Coldpruf better. If you're a Prime member, available on Amazon. Low risk if you don't like it. You want it form fitting, but not constricting. Leave room for a silkweight layer in case you ever want it.
