Sports Crowd Noise

Surroundbar 6500BT. The crowd noise is so loud we can't hear the announcers. How do we either lower the crowd noise or raise the sound of the announcers?

    Downmix your audio to the sound bar to stereo instead of surround. The setting should be in your tv's audio menu, assuming that you are using a digital audio out from the tv.
