Considering Monitor 7 Recap / Refurb

Spent the better part of the weekend trying to decide whether to pick up a set of 10Bs on Craigslist or focus my $ on updating my current Monitor 7s.
Pretty much decided on the latter, but realistically I don't see myself having the time to do this myself (plus I don't want to screw anything up).
In my search of this helpful board, I've seen Westmassguy mentioned more than a few times. In looking at eBay, I came across this vendor : http://stores.ebay.com/dhsspeakerservice/
Was wondering if anyone can tell me if DHS is indeed Westmassguy?
Aiming to keep the business "in the family" so wanted to figure this out.
