Weather at Your House?

WIth winter here I have been seeing that so far the northeast and mid west have been getting some nice weather recently. As a frequent flyer and traveller. I am always needing to check the weather at my destinations and usually use Intellicast.com as a friend of mine who is a pilot/skydiver tuned me into some years ago... No BS adverts no political agenda.... just the weather and easy to search with forecasts and radar and frequent updates... works on everything...

Actually we are in a bit of a chilly pattern this week... Only expected to reach app 70* today. Lows were in the 50's last nite.

Thank goodness for all this new fangled technology. Just turned my iPhone into a hotspot and kept on truckin' with my fully charged laptop.

Replacing all the transformers in the area. Good crew, they came to the door and gave me a heads-up as well as waiting 15 to let me shut everything down properly as far as electronics.

I have been stocking up on "fuel" since Mikey posted those inspirational videos. Can't let the Brits steal our thunder!

Friggin cold

Fourth day in a row with about minus 20 wind chill at night. Supposed to get a couple little warmer days before the coldest weather of the year hits on Sunday. Fortunately, looks like that will only last three or four days and then moderate. Last night I was working outside for awhile and it was "friggin cold" indeed.

Yeah, long night/morning. Tornado hit Siesta Key, southwest of us, then touched down again just east of Lakewood Ranch, northeast of us, and sadly killed two people in Duette. Strongest winds I've seen here (>60 mph at times).

Wow..Very localized these things are... 22 MPH peak winds at my house but there were 60's in my town. No damage here just wind/rain and waking up at 5 AM. I didn't know el Nino would affect me in FL...Last year in 0.00" of rain in January... This year so far 8.97" in January.

Right now -3 wind chills -21 I stocked up yesterday so we don't have to leave the house, the windchills should be hovering around -35 this evening. I have to venture out in it though to return some blu-rays to the video store. I should make the wife go she wanted to see them, screw it think I will gladly pay the late fee.

I got a pedicure yesterday. They're pretty and baby skin soft. Don't stink as bad, either!
