DSW Pro 550WI Not Working

My DSW Pro 550WI stopped working. The status light on the back of the sub flashes between a green and orange light. I have disconnected it from all sources (audio and power) and replaced the fuse from another 550WI located in another room. After reconnecting the audio and power sources I receive the same result. The led on the front of the sub can not be turned on using the remote (if thats of any help). Please help!

    Have the unit's serial number and place and date of purchase available when you contact them. They'll help with the problem.
