Still cold. But initial sound stage is about 40' wide! With a little slow cooking and simmering, things should tighten up. Build quality on the Jolida DAC/t is bombproof. The amps looked small, but don't let that fool you. Power packed class D. Still fiddling with the room correction.
    So far so good!

Jolida's stuff is underated IMHO. Russman has my JD801BRC integrated that we use at LSAF. One of my favorite purchases

This an impressive set up. Was a little apprehensive of the horn style tweets being bright and forward. But my fears have been quashed. As I play more music, the mids and highs almost transparent and have no source point. An easy going stage of blended bliss. The Jolida cdp is dead quiet with no artificial coloring of sound. The antimode pre-processor is a little quirky but with some tweaking of the program sets pulled together the room correction.
The Emerald amps are another wow! Factor. Fast and powerful. No drop out. No fuzz or harshness. Just clean delivery of the signal.
The speakers are just big barrel of fun to listen to. The 15" woofers are almost subdued in their presentation of low end, but let you know that they are there when the volume knob reaches for 11! Mids are sleek and with some more dialing in and some room treatments should make them even more delicious in the future.
Over all I am digging the jams!
Thanks to all y'all and the folks at Emerald Physics. In fact I got a phone call from Mark at EP last night asking how everything was going. He is the person who built the speakers and the crossovers. A personal! phone call from the man!
    Customer service at it's finest.
    Buy with confidence.
    Thanks polkfolks

I thought I just needed some new glasses. I'm not sure we will ever see what it really looks like unless he lets his wife take the pictures from now on.

Looks like one heck of a setup. I've heard newrival emmies a few times. They are a nice open sounding speaker and I've been a big jolida fan for a long time. Congrats!

Ironic, isn't it? Around the house it's mostly lamps and indirect lighting. After dealing with HID and LED all day, I just like it subdued around the shack.
