My subwoofer is making static noise just recently. I unpluged the RCA cable from the receiver and subwoofer is still making static noise. Look like it's broken.

Welcome to Polk's forum. The bass amplifier has a three year warranty, from your post it seems you're beyond that. Give Polk CS a call at 1-800-377-7655 or send an email to polkcs@polkaudio.com and mention you've joined Club Polk when you contact them.

The owner manual said its has a 5 year warranty. What should i do?

Polk a great customer support but I suggest calling them unless you are out of the country2-channel: Modwright KWI-200 Integrated, Dynaudio C1-II Signatures

i just called them up and they will send me a new amp board even thru my amp warranty expired (only 3 years). Hopefully get it end of this week or early next week.
