    There are probably some of you that have a tradition on thanksgiving to listen to a particular album or song(s) for thanksgiving. Growing up in the ny /nj area I always remember driving and wnew always played Arlo Guthrie ' s Alice Restaurant. Which was cool and all if you're into that, but I started my own tradition and had started listening to some classic comedy.

    Now Richard Pryor might not be for everyone's taste, but in my book he was as pure a comic genius as there ever was. Absolute brilliance. Most stand up ' s hold him as a comic god and he certainly was. So much so that one night in NJ a bunch of us who just saw Jim Jeffries perform were hanging out at the bar talking to JJ and he idolized RP so much that he thought every ticket sold at every comedy venue should have a $1.00 fee on it to help his family...Anyways if you are brave enough lookup on the tubes Richard Pryor Mudbone Little Feets.

    Definitely rated R and I might also include a politically incorrect warning as well but to me funnier than Schitt and one of Rich ' s greatest. I listen to it every Thanksgiving sometimes need to use headphones.
