wow, yeah, that's a little strange. do you use a Universal? I was able to learn the URC MX-850 with the SB remote buttons, without exception. Works great.

I don't use a universal remote. I use MF and Arcam. I was looking for other options. I have 3 of these players and 2 remotes. Thanks
