E -bay e packet from China what is this.

Hey all borrowed my Grandsons Go Pro Hero 2 yesterday mounted it on my handlebars 1/2 hour into the ride lost control wiped out the case took a hit and busted it off right were it mounts. I found the underwater case brand new on ebay after making the transaction it says it's an e-packet from China does that mean we have to pay a duty tax on it it said my pay pal acct was only charged for the original price agreement. So is it safe to assume there are no duty fee's? It says 2 to 3 weeks delivery time I hope that is all the time it takes as I need it Pronto.

    An e-packet means economy shipping, hence the long delivery time. If you have to pay a duty fee you will receive a separate bill from US Customs. In all the years I've been buying from overseas I've never had to pay a duty fee and I seriously doubt you will have to.

    Agreed! I've ordered from China and never paid those fees. On another note, the return from K(alifornia) was a rough one. Not sure if I missed everyone or not? But, I'm pretty sure I was not missed, much! lol

    Usually takes 10-14 days to the east coast. Some take longer, but that's the average.
    Never paid duty on anything.

    LOL funny thing is after I told him about crashing, the first thing he asked was if his Go Pro is okay he didn't even bother asking about me or my bike. Thanks everyone I did not realize that it was a international shipment until I made the transaction, thanks for all the answers.
