AQ Diamondback RCA

I have a pair of Diamondbacks but one cable is no longer working. I have had issues with it in the past and was able to get it working if I rotated it a certain way and not move it. I sent it to Audioquest to repair it and it was fixed for awhile.
However it's no longer working again and this time not able to get it to work at all. Is there anything I can try to get it going again?

Not without cutting off the sleeve and seeing what you can see. Maybe a solder joint came undone from twisting it. My guess is if your handy with a soldering iron you can fix it, if not, send it back again.
When you do get it back, I'd sell them and buy something else.HT SYSTEM-

I actually have experience with these cables. The body of the RCA does thread on, and you Can easily access the insides by un-threading the body. I did this because I was comparing what I thought was a fake cable purchased from eBay and did a comparison with a known genuine cable. They are cold welded inside, which is a fancy word for crimped, I believe they use silver past in this cold solder process. They are quite simple inside, I think you could easily repair one yourself.2 channel:

I agree my Diamondbacks also came loose from the RCA connector I just pulled the body off use a pair of hemostats and soldered the wire back to the RCA connector.

Sorry dumb question but how would I go about doing that? I'm assuming I would unscrew the two screws on each end try take off off the connector. I would just need to work on the termination ends right not the body?
It would be awesome if I can get it working but not going to send it back and want to get a pair of Kimber Heros when I can afford it. I'm not expecting to be able to fix it but would like to try.Setup:

Yes remove the 2 set screws and the body pulls off, helps if you twist it. I don't own these cables anymore other wise I could have taken a pic of the process for you.2 channel:

The Diamondbacks sound very much like the Kimber Heros.
The difference in sound in the AQ line is very strange.
Copperheads, Diamondbacks, and King Cobras really don't
share a sound signature. The do, however, share the fact they can be
easy to break. I have been careful and haven't had that problem.
I've got one set of King Cobras still here, all the rest are
Heros."The legitimate powers of government extend to such acts only as are injurious to others. But it does me no injury for my neighbour to say there are twenty gods, or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg." --Thomas Jefferson -
I found the issue the rca end is no longer attached to the copper wire. Looks like I'll need to buy a soldering iron and unbraid the cable a little to get to the wire. Well gives me an excuse to solder something first time needing to.

Weird. I've had lots of audioquest interconnects for years with zero problems.2 channel:

You might be able to get ahold with hemostats and pull out like I did. Hard to tell from here.

Thanks Pitdogg2 now I understand. I'm going to look into that.Setup:

Well it wasnt pretty but I was able to get it going. Of course I lost one of the little screws so I'll work on replacing that. But looks like I'm good to go this should hold me over until I upgrade.
Thanks a lot for everyone's help.Setup:

I've had issues with AQ cables on several occasions. I returned them to my local dealer and they sent them back to AQ at no cost to me. AQ has replaced cables with brand new ones on a couple of occasions, and other times, they repaired them and sent them back to the dealer.Main System:
