Selling to members with less than 100 posts

Correct, if someone sees a violation before I find it, send me a message. I ask that you not make a post on the actual thread making accusations, but let me know instead.
-
I added a caveat to the sellers section allowing any potential buyer qualifications to be placed, by the seller, in the item description.

I have no issues with you whatsoever. Ever since your first posts I've hoped that you would hang around and be a contributing member.
I have no problems with Mr. Grand selling to you. In fact, I'm happy that he found a local buyer for some of his gear.
I have no problem with Jesse because he is being true to his word. While we do not agree on the subject, kudos to him for sticking to his guns.
My original post is clear as to what I have a problem with in this situation.
daddyjt, enjoy your gear and continue to frequent CP. I think most would agree that you would be a welcomed addition to the forum.
For everyone here, please don't make this an issue of George and daddyjt. That is not the purpose of this thread.
What is your problem then (said non-aggressively)? If you are calling for no sales for member's with less than 100 posts, then you do have a problem with GG and daddyjt, simple as that, since they are the offenders.
I think the rule should have an exception now and again, and this is a perfect example.
It is (100%) agree a fine line, and who's going to make the call? Because I also feel established members should get first crack at something in the FM. But because of this particular circumstance, being local, being known on another forum, being a friend of someone on this forum, etc. I have no issue with it.
If we would all exercise the unwritten rule of letting the forum have first crack, etc and if that doesn't happen in a couple days.........then perhaps choose to sell to a fly-by-nighter, or someone who hasn't established themselves.
I admit, I would have been a little upset if someone with 1 post bought the EE Mini Max Dac Plus before I got to it yesterday, since I have been looking for 1.
Just my .02c

P.s. PSOVLSK, I have read your OP and guess I am confused about where you stand. I apologize now if I read it wrong.
P.s.s. I should read to the end of the thread before posting, but I see Ken has updated the rules, so there we have it. Rules are rules..........only to be discussed.
"Appreciation of audio is a completely subjective human experience. Measurements can provide a measure of insight, but are no substitute for human judgment. Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it. Differentiation by numbers is for those who do not".--Nelson Pass Pass Labs XA25 | EE Avant Pre | EE Mini Max Supreme DAC | MIT Shotgun S1 | Pangea AC14SE MKII | Legend L600 | BlueSound Node 3 - Tubes add soul! -

OK, I see it. Shouldn't this sentence be removed as well since we don't have that feature anymore?
Do your research about an individual before buying anything. Check to see if they have positive feedback by clicking "Member Sales Rating" under their name.

Agree... Thanks Ken S. for listening and taking action!
However, I'm still a bit confused if the member sales ratings feedback system is still used and if so, how? It looks like Mark (Doro) last updated it nearly 2 years ago. The last sentence of the 'rules' still says:
The feedback submitted for those transactions do not count and will be scrutinized and deleted.
Am I missing something or is there another way to see someone's buy/sell feedback? -
The feedback is still available. A few of you (you know who you are) send me requests to update their ratings and I do so.
