RTi A7 Repair Guidance Needed: Tweeter Replacement

Anybody know what tool is needed to remove the tweeter from the RTiA7. Looks like an Allen Wrench but wanted to be certain before attempting.

Also, I also need a replacement tweeter. Anybody have a link to order parts?

Thanks.
