Hampden - Polk Audio , Mac OS X connection problem via usb

Hey all,
I just bought Polk Hampden they sounds pretty good
I'm very exciting ^_^
But unfortunately when I connect Polk speakers via usb to Mac OS X they didn't work =(
If I connect them to windows via usb they work perfectly!
Do I need install any additional driver for Mac OS X for usb?
2 other ways ,bluetooth and aux works perfectly for both mac and windows
But usb didn't work right now for Mac OS X

I appreciate your help. I called Polk's CS guys and they helped me pretty quick.
Their was some problems with settings
So right now everything works perfectly -

Having the same Hampden usb connection issue on my imac 27'' Can someone post a solution. What are the settings that need to be teaked?

Polk's wireless support line is available today from 10:00AM until 6:00PM EST at 1-800-638-7276, I'm sure they can walk you through it.
