Swapping PSW110 Board?

Hey all,
I loved my PSW-110 when it worked. Awesome sounding unit. I purchased it in 2011, and now the sub has decided to make large crackling noises whenever it is on. It is very annoying to the point where I had to disconnect the sub from my home theater system. I figured the board on it is bad, and I was wondering what I can do about it. I've already taken the back of the sub off and inspected the board. I don't see any noticeable evidence of bad capacitors, so I'm thinking the entire board is bad. Are there any boards that are interchangeable with the PSW-110 that I could purchase and install? Any advice??
Thanks,
Jordan

Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum. Replacement bass amplifiers can be purchased from Polk's CS department at 1-800-377-7655 or by contacting them at polkcs@polkaudio.com
Regards, Ken -
Thanks Kenneth. I'll send them an email.

Amp will probably cost more than it's worth. Look to another sub IMO...

I still recommend contacting Polk CS, I believe they can repair your amplifier for a very reasonable amount. It may not need replacing.
