PSW110 weird noise

So I plugged in my PSW110 today and it started making a weird noise. The sub isn't plugged into the receiver either.

Welcome to Polk's forum. In all likelihood there's a problem with the bass amplifier. Contact Polk's CS department either via telephone at 1-800-377-7655or via email at polkcs@polkaudio.com
Provide them with the date and place of purchase and the unit's serial number, they'll help you out.
