Psw505, light stays red

I have a 12" psw505 bought not even a year ago, has worked great up until today, it sounded like the sub was blown but then no sound at all, I looked over the subwoofer itself and looks fine. The power light stays red at all times, fuse is still good, any input would be greatly appreciated thx

    Welcome to Polk's forum. The best thing to do would be to contact Polk's CS department, either by telephone on Monday at 1-800-377-7655. Have the date and place of purchase handy as well as the unit's serial number. You can also contact them via email to: polkcs@polkaudio.com.
    They'll take good care of you.
