hi - I am having no luck syncing my Comcast IR remote - when I press up volume it mutes when I press down the volume goes up

    Hello,
    Welcome to Polk's forum. I'm assuming you're trying to use your Comcast remote with a Polk soundbar, correct? If so, the Comcast remote is not a good choice to program the speaker. First, place the soundbar in the standby mode (LED is red) then touch the "learn" button until the LED blinks amber. Now the previous instructions have been wiped clean. Now use your TV's remote to program the Polk using the owner's manual's instruction. Once this is done your Comcast remote will control the Polk.
