    Have ducts, furnace and carpets cleaned as part of the deal.
    I longer I own a house, the more I want to rent or live in a townhouse....

    On another note - did drywall to pay the bills while I was in school. Never liked the 5/8 jobs, heavy heavy!

    Any reason the inside corners need a third coat of mud? I would like to finish this project before I die of old age!

    No. Inside corners are 2 coats. Sometimes 1 if you're good enough. I am not good enough. :'(
