PSW202 - lights are on - no action

HELP - I recently upgraded my receiver and now my PSW 202 won't work. The light on the back comes on, it responds when the amp comes on, but no sound. I paid close attention to the subwoofer setup again and again with the same result.

    Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum. Probably the first thing to do is verify that the subwoofer is working correctly. To do this first turn down the sub's volume and then remove the sub-cable from the receiver and connect it to either the right or left audio output of your DVD/CD player. Then begin playing a CD and slowly turn up the volume on the sub, you should hear plenty of bass at a low volume setting.
    Regards, Ken

Ken - thanks for the reply. I feel pretty dumb because I removed the panel again and found that when I opened the panel the first time to clean the volume potentiometer (and check for bugs), I pulled one of the leads connecting to the speaker. So, I reattached it and it is ok.
