Ok,
Now that I'm fully hooked on The Flash, I decided to check out Arrow. I'm fully surprised how good this show is. It's actually as good if not slightly better then The Flash.
The Back and forth with the Island is amazingly well done especially for a TV show and a Super Hero TV show at that.
I binged Watched the entire 1st season this weekend, LOL I already started Season 2. I can't get enough.

I'm late to the party. Haven't seen a one episode of Flash or arrow. But I have been watching iZombie every week.
