Polk 5000 Bluetooth issue

OK so prettttty much one day Bluetooth connection works and next day it doesn't anymore. Says it can't find my soundbar and can't communicate with it. I've tried all syncing options emailed tech support tried learn options reset the soundbar nothing, absolutely nothing works. No ones phone can connect to it. I'm at a loss and frustrated now. Anyone else have Bluetooth issues with these?
