RTA 12B Fuse and Driver ?'s

I recently purchased a set of RTA 12B floorstanders and the fuses for the tweeters were missing. What size do those take? Also, 2 of the sr 142/17 drivers show some small surround cracks and wondered what to use to repair them or can I find replacement speakers? Thanks for your help.
