I have 4 RM2300 satellites. moved them recently and noticed that 2 are functioning normally, however the other 2 work but the sound is very faint even with high volume level. Anything Ican do to fix them?

    Hello,
    Usually either a replacement tweeter or mid-range driver needs to be replaced, this can be easily done by the owner. Call Polk's CS department at: 1-800-377-7655 to order replacements (assuming you've owned them more than five years). Mention you have joined Club Polk for a reduced price plus free shipping (here again, assuming you live in the US).
