Got the sub about a Half a year back and no complaints till now.....was listening to some music and it seems that the sub is losing the signal and coming back on 4-5 time during a song and doing such for the last couple days...any ideas?

Good luck. My issues w/ this sub have not been resolved other than gettting email with a ticket number. Email queries have met w stony silence.

Hello,
Intermittent problems can be the hardest to figure out. I'm assuming you are using a sub-cable to connect to the sub? If so that might be the first place to troubleshoot, can you try using another cable to see if anything changes?
