Possible Bad tweeter in CS350LS

I thought I would ask for some opinions. I have a CS350LS center channel. I have noticed that things are sounding a little flat. It seems that the tweeter is making some sound, but not very much. Sorry for the vague description. I can cup my hand over the tweeter and hardly notice any difference in sound. There is a little bit of sound, but not much. I always assumed that when a tweeter went bad, it just did not make any sound at all.

What is the opinions of this group, Should I order a new tweeter?
