Random power off

I hooked Polk Audio Sound Bar 5500 to my television set. The sound bar was powering itself off automatically every couple of minutes. However, despite turning the volume all the way up, the problem still persist, the sound bar continues to randomly turn itself off. Pretty big disappointment. I cant stand this disappointment anymore, people are sitting down and watching a game, the suddenly, the sound is gone..
