When running Audyssey should the interconnect stay connected or not?

Never mind. Found an old thread. Seems like the consensus is to run room correction software with the interconnect unplugged.

I've done it both ways, and have settled on leaving the cable connected. If I don't, the Left and Right are louder than the center when the cable is reconnected. I've verified this with my Rat Shack SPL Meter.Home Theater/2 Channel:

I would believe that. I always tweak the channel volume after it is run anyways.
