The magnets should be glued ASAP. If you've got the drivers out, do the Dynamat and the Loctite at the same time. Do not use Mortite or any other rope caulk. Use Armaflex/Armacell Foam tape. Roll it out, cut it length-wise in 3/8" strips for the woofers, and 1/2" strips for the PRs.

Thanks, I checked and I can get that from a home depot not too far away. I'll try to swing there tomorrow. This way I'll do dynamat/Loctite/Armaflex then.

Last night I finished filling all the holes in the cabinets and spent some time sanding. Today I received some cherry wood contact paper and did a quick test. I definitely like it better than the original (especially since the 2 speakers had different stains...)

and remember the Locitite Power grab for your driver magnets, it goes on like white elmers but dries clear and is so easy to use! I have some monitor 10's & CRS+'s and love them.

I let Dave (wessmassguy) do all my crossover work I had fun doing the Dynamat Xtreme and hurricane nuts etc to them.

Only finished 1 speaker cabinet last night. This is way more time consuming than i thought. I also finished modding my Sony MDR1R with Dynamat.

I'm having a lot of fun doing all this.
