Sound bar just quit working

We just plugged up our soundbar and had it working fine. Pushed the mute button on the remote provided and it quit working all together. It has a red flashing light. It is a Polk SurroundBar5000.

    Hello,
    Welcome to Polk's forum. I'm going to assume you've tried raising or lowering the volume, correct? If so, unplug the bar's AC power cord then set the AC switch to "off". Then replug the power cord and set the selector to "on" and see if things work.
