Magnify Soundbar Powers Down Automatically?

I have a Magnify Soundbar that is hooked up to a Toshiba 65" HDTV through an optical cable. It works fine for 5 minutes, then it powers down automatically, as if it is in a demo mode? I see no mention of demo mode in the manual. It's pretty annoying. Any ideas?

    Welcome to Polk's forum. Give Polk's wireless helpline a call today at 1-800-638-7276 after 10:00am EST. They're mostly for support on wireless products, but they might be able to make a suggestion.
