Suspected Faulty PSW 125

Hi folks. I bought a used PSW 125. It doesn't seem to be working...awesome. I've have a Yamaha RXV 657 connected to it. My previous sub (Paradigm PDR8) works fine with a single SUB cable. I plug it in the PSW 125 and the red light stays on (any switch position).
I tried lowering the volume on the sub and connecting the L and R from a CD/DVD player to the L and R of the sub and increase the volume and nothing happens, light stays red. I plugged the L and R of the CD player to another speaker to rule out the CD player and it works. Fuse appears to be good.
Is this a Sub amp issue? If so, how much are they and where do I get one.
Thanks
