Monitor 75 issue

Hey guys,
I bought a pair of monitor 75's 4 months ago and one of them has developed a issue. It seems like the midrange is gone in one. The sound isn't scratchy or anything. It's just not present. I have switched sides and the problem follows the speakers. I contacted the place I purchased them from and they said to deal with polk.
Any ideas?
