Someone once said "Freedom of speech includes volume".

But he'd better watch out for the neighbor who regards the 2nd Amendment over the 1st...
So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

Once is kind of novel. Twice is a call to 911 saying a violent crime is about to be committed. I look at this as you can do what you want on your property, but once your noise crosses my property line you are in trouble.

I would have set up the KEF iQ9's with the 200 watt per channel Kenwood integrated and responded with this:

    And a case of beer.

I can totally dig it and this guy would absolutely be my best neighbor ever!

Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion." :\
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

My neighbors include two retired corrections officers and a state trooper. He would have been invited over for a "Chat". If that was unsuccessful, then the rapid expenditure of lead projectiles would not be out of the question.

Yea, my next door neighbor is a city cop, so peace and quiet rules the cul de sac. Thankfully, haha.

That cooler sitting there waiting for people looks funny. This looks REAL. This guy is surely a party animal for life. Nice set-up and his bro in the garage working the gear must be a bud from the older hood. Is that his MOM drinking during the daytime ?? looks that way. I think his ability to jam like that will be short lived !!!

I dunno man, usually it's a Sat or Sun night too. Best part is, he starts at like noon. He cuts for 10 minutes, stops and does something else, then goes back to cutting for another 10 minutes, repeats the cycle over and over until the sun sets and he realizes he hasn't finished cutting the grass yet. You'd think he'd learn, but nope, same process week after week.

My neighbor repairs small engines on the side. Summertime, with the windows open is pure joy sometimes.
My grandparents, may they rest in piece, had a neighbor that mowed his lawn in the rain.

lol.....got one of those too, on the other side. One Sunday morning at 7 A.M. the guy is reving up a weed wacker. Had to grab the ax out of the wife's hand as she was marching over there. She's a patient lady, but don't screw with her sleep or she turns into Lizzy Borden.
