Polk sub 660

Hi my sub was working fine till today and now it just flashes the red power light in the back. Does anyone have an idea how to fix?

Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum, sorry there's a problem. Try unplugging the AC power cord, set the on/off switch to "off". Wait a few minutes plug the power cord back in and switch the selector to "on".

Ok tried that and still the same issue. Flashing red light and a quiet thump with every flash

In that case it's time for Polk's CS to help. Give them a call on Monday at 1-800-377-7655 or send an email to: polkcs@polkaudio.com. They'll want to know your name and address, telephone number, unit's serial number and date and place of purchase.
They'll work with you to solve the problem.
