would anyone know if a blown resistor will cause the main power fuse to blow?

lol sorry txcoastal1 I guess this would be easier ooops. It is a polk audio PSW125. I removed the amp from the unit and I can see a resistor has had better days got very hot and popped fuse for main power.

If a resistor got got hot, something else happened. Resistors get toasted by too
much current, So either a cap or an active device like a transistor or diode
