Polk Melee Stopped Working

I purchased the Polk Melee during a Black Friday deal from Amazon to use with my Xbox One. After using it a total of three times with both my Xbox 360 and Xbox One, the mixer seems to have stopped receiving power. The amplifier light is on but the mixer light will not turn on when I am pressing the power button. I've tried with both consoles but nothing has worked thus far. Are they defective or is there a way to troubleshoot? Thanks!
