I have owned the iSonic (the original one!) from the beginning. When it first came out - there were issues with the transport system, etc. I actually had three units sent to me until one worked.
- Moved forward. The unit since this past summer suddenly turns off. One had to unplug the system to get it to re-boot.
- Now the unit does nothing but display the boot iSonic splash screen and continually reboots.
- I would pay anything to get this unit repaired. I love this radio and wish to keep it since it still has the XM/Sirius features on it which I use. There are not longer any tabletop units that use the XM plugin.
- Any help would be appreciated. Long time Polk purchaser (audio speakers!)

Ken - I wanted to update you on what happened to my above request. I got in touch with Kim Jasper as you suggested. Kim wrote me back within a day and asked me to send the unit to Baltimore for an evaluation. I did this. I didn't hear anything back from Kim and then out of the blue I received a package via UPS today. My unit was returned. Not only was the power issue repaired - but the CD/DVD tray has not worked for two years. This was also repaired!
Now this is the original iSonic which has not been produced for quite a few years. And it is out of warranty. This is total service and commitment from a company! I offered to pay for the repays but this was done gratis.
I am well-pleased! Thank you Ken. Thank you Kim. Thank you Polk!
