    If you have money to spend, you do it.
    If not, most here do diy with cheaper alternatives.

    Most who posted on that thread have no experience with Polk SDA's, so their comments have no relevance. They're just posting their opinions as (near) facts. I choose not to spend that kind of money on my 2.3TL's, mainly because I'm an inveterate DIY'er and somewhat of a cost conscious (i.e. cheapskate) audiophile.

    BTW, the OP has a set of 1.2TL's that he reworked the Xovers on.
