So, it appears Noel Lee's high paid lawyers were so busy suing little folks that they didn't realize they were taking it up the south end. Too funny, couldn't have happened to a more deserving smuck. That said, I didn't know that Monster made these things, no wonder they sound like poo.

    It's actually an interesting read on how beats took monster to school on contracts and made them their b@&$ch.

    Monster basically did all the work, beats put their name in it for marketing and through savvy contracts not only ended up w the full rights to all monsters patents for the product but having them still build it for them too w no recognition. Then they found a cheaper manufacture and took that from them too.

    I knew Dre and co. back when he was with NWA, and he was a punk a$$ then. I hope both companies rip each other apart.

    Nahh, since Apple now owns Beats and has $100+ BILLION in cash on hand along with the best lawyers in existence...they'll just drag it out and way outspend Monster on legal fees until they tap out.

    Really, I do hope Monster gets their backside handed to them in court. All the bullying they've done to the little guys over the decades, it's about time they get a taste of their own medicine.

    In all "seriousness", rather than spending this amount of money on legal costs, all parties involved should pay off the national debt instead. :#
