Need a set of interconnects

Want to run between my cd player and pre-amp, have a pair of cheapies on there now but was hoping a Polkie got a new set for Xmas and wants to sell the old ones. I've seen some on the Gon for under $50 but just assume keep things "in the family".

    I could do with 18" and would not want anything longer than 36 inch. Any opinions on the Morrow MA1? Just got an email they are about $40/pair.

    After doing a bit of research I find that all cables offered are indeed quality cable(which I knew would be the case here)...for now I think I'll take Star Killer's offer. PM sent.........

    Next I will need interconnect for my turntable to preamp. Is it more important in this application to be bettere shielded than say cd to pre?
