My YAPO had all kinds of crazy settings after I ran it on my Yamaha 663, sounded better after I adjusted the front and center speakers to small. At least YAPO had the side and back surrounds set to small. I also had to adjust the avr's crossover down from 120hz. to 80hz. If you are using the AVR's crossover setting, make sure the crossover ON THE SUBWOOFER is set to max. Let the sub's amp handle the bass load, the weak power supply in the avr will appreciate it. Always recheck the distances from main listening position and each speaker, YAPO can and has been known to be off. If you can get your hands on a db meter to check each speaker level (I usually use 75 dbs. but others may go for more). I know it's a lot to take in , but if in doubt, RTFM,lol. I had to go back to mine a number of times. Good luck with the Emo.
