I purchased a Surroundbar 3000 IHT. I never programmed any other remotes only used the original. The Surroundbar at random intervals, automatically changes the input source.
I only have one source hooked up (source 1 - the optical input). It works fine for a few minutes, but seems to change under a couple of different conditions. if I am just watching tv with no remote control operation, the input source will randomly switch. I grab the small remote to change back to source 1, but a few minutes later it changes to source 2 then 3
Please help!!

Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum. Try this: put the unit in the standby mode (LED will be red), then touch the "learn" button for a fraction of a second. The LED will begin blinking and turn amber colored. This will empty any stored instructions, the supplied remote will still function.
See if this helps.
